Crystal Gettys, Senior Director, Customer Care & Guest Services
Crystal is responsible for re-engineering our Customer interaction processes and policies to ensure seamless and positive experiences. Her ground-floor leadership skills in building the infrastructure of a growing Contact Center, along with her advocacy for the Customer and passion for providing an exceptional Customer experience, will be instrumental in refining all aspects of Customer Care.
She joins us after 11 years in various roles in Supply Chain, Specialty Sales, Contact Center and Operations at Lowe’s corporate campus in Mooresville. Most recently she served as the Director of Business Planning and Strategy, responsible for developing long-range, annual and quarterly business plans to deliver on the strategic objectives for the organization. She also served as an adviser for the Chief Omni-Channel Officer while managing a diverse portfolio of strategic, compliance, enhancement, continuous improvement and information services efforts.
After hours, Crystal enjoys photography, cruising country roads on a motorcycle and spending time with her husband of 13 years, their dog and cat. She holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Supply Chain and Operations from North Carolina State University.
The furniture industry is not new to Crystal. Both of her parents were employed in it for over 15 years, and growing up, she participated in furniture markets, spent time in showrooms, and held summer jobs at various companies. She’s excited to combine her professional expertise and interest in the industry into a key role at a company where she can have a direct impact on the Customer and the business as a whole.
